Friday Favorites

We’ve been slacking on posts this week, but we’ll be back on track next week with posts about our ski trip to Wisp, fitting workouts in while on the road and our favorite winter gear.

A few gems from around the web this week:

Bucket list triathlon for us. Wanaka, New Zealand, we will return!

Posture matters.

Triathlon stuff that should exist courtesy of Jesse Thomas. I’m a big fan of the ‘undorkifying’ of race photos and extending the day by four hours to increase training/life balance.

The impact of sugar on different parts of the body. I need to quit this stuff.

Interesting piece on things that elite coaches do from Precision Nutrition.

What endurance athlete hasn’t struggled with GI problems? This article talks about food intolerance and the prevalence of GI distress.

Weirdest aid station foods. I’m up for a sugarcane drink, but blue cheese?!

Happy weekending!
