After Jon’s race tomorrow we’ll celebrate with a pie day (3-14) party of sweet and savory pies! What a way to spend the day following a half marathon, right?

– This article does a great job laying out protein and carb ratios with a commonsense approach.

– Who hasn’t had bloating and digestive troubles? Maybe a digestive enzyme needs to be added into our daily mix.

– “That’s one of the interesting things about the community: you never feel like you’ve got it all figured out.” – A Navy SEAL on grit and resilience. I’m no SEAL, but I think that we can relate to a lot of these.

– It’s tough to track the code on post workout nutrition – apparently those scoops of whey alone won’t cut it.
